The memories I have of you go back more than 35 years, so many good times. Drive-in movies, rides on the bike to Julian, many nights drinking beer on the beach, making french fries lots and lots of french fries.The adventures we went on, never knowing where we would end up. Swap Meets on Saturday's. For my kids going to your house was an adventure there was always things to get into, and you could get them to work and they never knew it cause you made it fun. One of my favorite things you always said " Always have a smile on your face, it keeps people wondering what your thinking". There is so many things that come to mind. You my friend really made a big impact in my life all for the better.  Your laugh, your hugs, your smile, you were genuine in all you 
did, you are one of a kind. Heaven just gained an amazing angel!!!

Sterling, you were truly a friend to all, over the years when you spoke of your family I could not help but see how much you loved and cared for them. You will be much missed by those who have had the pleasure of working with you. Rest in peace, Sterling.

I am so very sorry to hear the news about Sterling.  It always brightened my day to see him at work.  He will be greatly missed.  My sincere condolences to his family.  R.I.P. Sterling Pickens.

Sterling was one of a kind. A great sense of humor and a someone who would help in any way possible where there was a need. Solar will never be the same without him. He will truly be missed. Prayers for his family during this difficult time.  Rest in Peace Sterling.
