I will always remember with joy the various in-person meetings I had with Sue at our offices in Amherst, Massachusetts, as well as countless phone meetings. I work at Modern Memoirs, and we were working together on her memoir, which was an impressive manuscript she wrote herself, full of memories, photos, and more. Sue was always gracious, poised, kind, and I daresay exacting during the entire process of editorial and design work. When it came time to design the cover, she wanted a picture of her red Volvo on the back, and the dustjacket color had to be the very same shade of red! She loved her book "Sue's Story" and I'm very honored to have known Sue during the 10 years that she took to complete it. What an amazing woman.

Remembering Sue, an extraordinary person I was fortunate to meet around 2008. She worked arduously (for over a decade) on her memoir and came to our company hoping to self-publish her book. I enjoyed every minute of working with her in the editing, book design, and production. She was detail-oriented, knew exactly what she wanted (right down to the exact color red of the dustjacket), and was thrilled and proud to create a book for her family and friends in 2019— "Sue's Story" by Sue Halldorson Fuller. She wrote lovingly of her family and compassionately of her friends. She wanted this book to be a reflection of her life, her values, and intentions. I so admire Sue for accomplishing this challenging task that few people ever get to do. I have a copy of her book that is precious to me, and I hope the book has brought insight and joy to family members.

I am so sorry to learn belatedly of Sue’s death. My deepest condolences to the Fuller family. I had the great honor and delight of working closely with Sue to self-publish her memoir, “Sue’s Story,” which she worked on arduously for over a decade. She flew to Massachusetts to visit our Modern Memoirs office several times! What a delight she was as a client. Exciting, inspiring, and exacting. I really felt as if I got to know her quite well over the years we worked together. Her book came out beautifully, with her signature red in the jacket design. But in spite of all her accomplishments described in the memoir, it was always very clear to me that her husband, children, and grandchildren were the greatest source of pride and joy in her life. 

My sincere condolences to the Fuller family on the passing of Sue,  your beloved wife, mother and grandmother. 
The trajectory of my life changed when I was interviewed by Sue 33 years ago in Marina Del Rey when she managed the Administrative offices at the Getty Conservation Institute. 
She had faith in me and I was hired to assist her. I've been lucky enough to still hold a position now at the Getty Museum, Decorative Arts & Sculpture department. I will be forever grateful for her support & kindness.   
Sue always spoke fondly of her large extended family and looked forward to her travels which would reunite her with her children across the world.  
Our last phone conversation during quarantine was a great one with lots of laughter and reminiscing.    

I had the good fortune of meeting Sue when I was young, and started work at the GCI.  I so appreciated her kindness, caring, and engagement with people and the arts.  She was interested in so many things, and I love that she never stopped learning. She was - literally - a lifelong student. 
My most sincere condolences to the family - she took so much pride and pleasure in each of you. Although we never met, she always mentioned you in her letters.
Sue was a blessing, and I know her memory will continue to be one.
