William L. Kramer was born on September 3, 1933 in Brighton, Massachusetts. William was preceded in death by his only brother George Kramer Jr., wife Estella Hernandez Kramer and niece Kathy Kelley. He survived by his nieces, nephew and their children Elaine Kelley (Susan and Jake), Carolyn Williams (Kelly and Angie), Kathy Kelley, deceased (Alex), Pauline Yonamura (Rachael), Leo Kramer (Mike and Heather) and Mark Kramer (Ben and Jillian). A service will be held on Friday, March 23, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. He will be laid to rest on March 23, 2012 at Greenwood Memorial Park in San Diego, California.
