Anthony Hernandez was born on December 7, 1992 in Sylmar, California to his mother Laura Alicia Valentin Hernandez and father Joel Hernandez both natives of Mexico. Anthony passed away on October 28, 2012 at the age of 19 years old in Mission Hills, California. A funeral service will take place on Thursday November 8, 2012 at Saint Didacus Catholic Church at 11:00 am. A visitation/viewing will take place following the church service at the mortuary chapel form the hours of 2-9 pm with a rosary to take place that same night at 7:00 pm. Anthony Hernandez will be missed by family and friends whom he touched in one way or another, and whom loved him very much. Anthony Hernandez is now resting in peace.
