Carroll Lee Richards was born on April 26, 1936 in Indiana to her mother Frankie Alice Tate from Virginia and her father William Elo Richards from Virginia. Carroll passed away on December 9, 2012 at the age of 76 years old in the her residence in Mission Hills, California.. A memorial service will take place on Saturday December 29, 2012 at the Kingdom Hall in Mission Hills, California at 1:00 pm, more information is available thru Beverly Richards sister of Carroll. Carroll Lee Richards will be greatly missed by all her family and friends whom loved her very much
