Guadalupe Leyva was born on October 8, 1958 in Zacatecas, Mexico to his father Guadalupe Leyva and his mother Amparo Hernandez both from Zacatecas, Mexico. Guadalupe passed away on August 30, 2012 in Panorama City, California. Guadalupe's funeral arrangements are being done by his wife Evangelina Leyva thru Funeraria Del Angel J.T. Oswald in San Fernando, California. A visitation is scheduled to take place at the mortuary chapel on Wednesday September 5, 2012 form 4-8:30 p.m. with a rosary that same night at 7:00 p.m. A funeral service will take place the following morning of September 6, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. at the Santa Rosa Catholic Church in San Fernando, California with a burial to follow at the San Fernando Mission Cemetery in Mission Hills, California where Guadalupe Leyva will be placed to rest.
