Barbara Harrison Scibetta passed away peacefully on July 6th, 2015 surrounded by family in Scottsdale, AZ, at the age of 87. Barbara was born and raised in New Orleans, LA, having attended Ursuline Convent and LSU. She was a devoted wife and loving mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband of 27 years, Joseph V. Scibetta. They lived in New Orleans, Honduras, Central America and San Francisco, traveling together all over the world. She is survived by her children, Stuart and Craig, daughter-in-law, Barbra, and her four grandchildren, Julia, Jackie, Joe, and Will. She will be remembered in many ways, by her sense of humor and ability to make everyone in a room smile, by her sense of style that made heads turn when she walked past, and by her appreciation of all things fine and beautiful. She will be dearly missed.
Funeral services were held. Donations may be made in her memory to St. Jude Thaddaeus.
