Miss Bea you will be missed, but always remembered....

You were an awesome lady Miss Bea. I took 4 years of P.E. because of you. I have such fond memories of you in the cafeteria every morning at Presentation. So many stories! The world was a better place because of you! To this day I still tell the stories. You were a part of my life! It is with fond memories that I say goodbye but you will always live on in my heart and in the stories!

Miss Bea you will also be remembered as the greatest P.E teacher. Thanks for the memories and the Lord be with you.

I grew up in North Beach on Stockton St. & Lombard.Every time I stepped out I would run in to Miss B.She was a joy to chat with & always had a smile on her face.Such an upbeat & possible woman.Miss you.

Ms.B was loved by all.  What would our years at Presentation have been without her?  She was a teacher, a coach, and a friend.  You will always be a part of our hearts.

An graduate of 1973, thru the years I have often thought of Miss B.  Remembered her exercises and practiced them.  What a wonderful woman and teacher!  We were all blessed to have her in our lifes.

What a memorable, wonderful mentor to young women in our high school. Along with Sr. Annunciata, Miss B. I will remember she had the same smile for me (when I miserably tried out for cheerleader) as she did for those who deserved the position. With bobbie socks over nylons, and perfectly groomed she made us be respectful of our skills and staying fit. Rest in peace Miss B.

An amazing woman, that's for sure. I have this image of Bee walking across the atrium at Pres with that wonderful swagger of hers. (I was the PHS faculty for 15 years .) Have fun up there, Bee!

I graduated Presentation in 1974.  She was a wonderful gym teacher and human being. I have and will always remember her!!

Remembering Miss Bee as a true teacher, mentor, and dedicated person.  She was a personal trainer before that entity ever existed.  Such a disciplined, organized and supportive leader.  She brought new meaning to the phrase 'I have gym class'; it was, quite the workout!  RIP

I am so sad to hear this news.  I am a graduate of Presentation High School, Class of 1985.  I have such fond memories of Miss Bea.  She had endless amounts of patience and kindness, but she also disciplined us and showed good sportsmanship in athletics and in the classroom.  God Bless her. She was a teacher at Presentation High School, San Francisco, for forty-seven years, from 1945 to 1992, teaching physical education and many more lessons of life. What a great lady! I am so happy that she was able to come to our High School Reunion not too many years back and she was still on the top of her game!  What laughs we had with her that night!  She will be deeply missed by many.
