One spring afternoon in 2017, when both of our children were seniors at UHS,  I volunteered with Lisa  at the SF Decorator Showcase.  Even though I did not know Lisa well before that day, by the end of the three or so hours we spent together cutting and pasting the showcase books, I felt I knew Lisa like a long-time friend- so very intimately.   I was in awe of Lisa's bubbly personality while sharing stories of her medical ordeals, thinking to myself that here is a person who has gone through so much in life yet here she is being the most happy, affable, generous person sharing her most personal experiences with someone whom she barely knew.  I was most touched by her story of Jeff who was always by her side she says - through the many medical procedures she had to endure.  I felt the love she had for him and he had for her.  I want to share this story, hopefully, to comfort Jeff and Lisa's daughters to continue to live the happy life that Lisa obviously did with her family.  My condolences to you.

One of my funniest memories with lisa was  the time she was being polite and didn’t want to startle me while I was cleaning up after her appointment. She stood at the door very quietly while I was cleaning I turned around and jumped and scream so loud. Then we started laughing she came back to the room to get something  she couldn’t remember what she came back for because we just stood there and laughed so hard from my scream we were always Very goofy together. I can only imagine if we were on a road trip she’ll probably be the best person to just be around because we can laugh at anything. I will miss just talking to her and she love and care for everyone  I will miss her so much.

Lisa was my admin assistant at the Postal Inspection Service crime lab in San Bruno. She was the most efficient, organized person who ever worked for me. She was the definition of professional.  In addition, she had a great personality which seemed to lighten my most difficult day. She had a huge heart and I will miss her. She was my friend!
