Marie Rosasco passed away at 93 yrs. old after a brief illness on May 28, 2013 in San Francisco. Marie was born and raised in San Francisco; her parents were both born in Toringo, Italy (near Lucca). She married August A. Rosasco on Feb 4, 1951. Marie was a wonderful mother to Joan Schopf (Denver, CO) and to Diane Davies (San Francisco); beloved Nonna to Eric Schopf, Austin Davies, and Adele Schopf; and loving mother-in-law to Cliff Schopf and Christopher Davies. All who knew her were touched by her easy going nature, positive attitude, and her Catholic faith. She spoke Italian fluently and loved to travel. Services are private.
