Paul’s mother raised him in San Francisco’s Richmond District. He attended George Peabody Grammar, Roosevelt Junior High, & George Washington High (Class of 42’).
Paul served in the Army, WWII from December 1942 to March 1946.
Paul graduated from the University of S.F. and Golden Gate University.
Paul joined the Internal Revenue Service in 1953, and eventually became group manager of the Narcotic Trafficking Program, Criminal Investigation Division in San Francisco. Paul retired in January 1979.
Paul and Neva became life partners in 1973. They divided their lives between Maui, Hawaii and San Francisco, California for almost three decades. They loved travel and explored Europe, Asia, Australia, and the U.S.
Paul is survived by his loving wife, Neva Wall, daughter Dawn McCauley (Larry McCauley), son Paul Henry Wall III, U.S. Navy Seal Lt Comdr., stepdaughter, Lauren LIm-Owyoung (Richard Owyoung), stepson, Darryl Lim (Rikk Walker), 7 grandchildren, and 11 grandchildren.
