Babs & I had so much fun working at the SJ Chamber together. She & Eddie attending our wedding in '96 and then we drifted apart, only to hook-up again in 2012. I am shocked & so sad to hear of her passing. Life is too short. Words are a poor thing when we lose a loved one, however we still want to convey our most deepest sympathy to Eddie & the family.

Ed, no one feels your loss more than you, Karrie and Robbie but we've been there and know what you are going through. We really admired Bab's courage through her serious medical bouts she's endured over the years.  You and Babs have been great neighbors and it's been a pleasure being near the two of you.  Babs showed every day her interest in being involved with her real estate career. You have our heartfelt sympathy and love and if there's anything we can do to help ease the burden of your loss please let us know.

Aunt Babs, the time you spent here with us was a great gift to everyone who was blessed to have encountered you. Did you notice that every person around you, all the time, was smiling? Maybe you thought that's just the way it is, that people are always naturally cheerful and smiling. But no, they were reflecting back your own constant cheerfulness, your smile, laughter. The world is a better place for your having lived here. And the fact that you chose to be part of our family, forever - that's a blessing that just can't be described. And that won't change. This isn't goodbye - it's "we'll see you later". Since we will all join you eventually, this is a temporary parting only. But until then, we will all miss you greatly. Thank you for being with us all these years. We love you.

Brother Ed, take comfort knowing you now have a guardian angel.  Babs will always be with you, those beautiful 42 years together have given you so many memories to treasure. You two together have always been soul mates.
Babs showed us all how to have strength and to carry on.  She faced the cancer head on.  Cancer can take away life on earth...it could not take away the upbeat spirit and love of life she had...Some people would have given into the aches and pains...but not our Babs.  She even kept her education going and started a new career.   My God how she loved meeting new people and embracing them!
She always had stories of love and pride in Karrie and Rob....Good Job Babs...they are wonderful.  She had so many stories of you and the kids in the woodshop.
Ed, thank you for bringing her into our family...a treasure that never will be forgotten.  We will continue to enjoy stories of Ed, Babs Rob & Karrie...All part of life's journey.  The memories, love of family and friends will help to carry you through.....Just know it will take awhile to adjust.....Is she in a better place, as some say....I don't think so.....her best place was with you and Rob & Karrie...she is now in a peaceful place free of pain and being with the spirits of her loved ones that passed before her. God is with her on her journey.

Aunt Babs, although I only had the pleasure of meeting you very few times while you were here on this earth, I will cherish the memories I do have of you.  I will always remember you as my "Dishwashing Buddy" from 2 Thanksgivings ago.  That was really the first time you and I said more than a few words to each other.  I was able to get to know you and your personality pretty well during those few hours.  Although you are no longer here on this earth, you will always be in Chris and my hearts as well as our children's.  We love you, and say hi to Great Grandma and Uncle Web for us!

Uncle Effie, You and Aunt Bab's were there for our family when Poppa passed away and I want you to know we are here for you now.

Aunt Babs was a cheerful lady that brought joy to many lives... she has touched many lives in different ways and will always be cherished close to our hearts and missed deeply. We love you Aunt Babs. Rest in peace and soar with the angels. Now your life begins <3

Though we never actually met, I considered her my friend. I will miss seeing her on fb. Eddie, Karrie and Rob you are on my mind and in my prayers. God keep you close during your time of grief.
