Mẹ tôi sanh ra và lớn lên trong những thời chiến tranh loạn lạc. Qua thời Pháp thuộc, chiến tranh thế giới tới đại chiến Nam Bắc, Mẹ đã biểu lộ sự mạnh mẽ và nghị lực trong cuộc sống và bảo vệ gia đình. Mẹ trở thành quá phụ lúc chỉ mới 38 tuổi nhưng đã lặn lội nuôi 7 chúng con lên người thành đạt và tốt trong xã hội. Công ơn Mẹ như núi Đại Sơn.

Mẹ tôi tin vào lối sống với đức, hạnh và tình thương cho tất cả mọi người. Mẹ thích đi du ngoạn, tìm hiểu những điều mới lạ. Mẹ thích thiên nhiên và luôn mỡ rộng liên hệ với mọi người. Mẹ không nghĩ về bản thân mình, mà vui khi thấy các con bình an, hạnh phúc. Lòng Mẹ bao la như biển rộng.

Mẹ qua đời là sự mất mát to lớn, của các con và của mọi người. Chúng con thương Mẹ lắm!

Trái tim Mẹ tựa như biển trời,

là nơi chốn quay về bình yên… "

Our mother grew up during times of great conflict and war, living through World War II, the French occupation of Vietnam, and the Vietnam Civil War. In 1968, we lost our father in the Tet Offensive, and our mother was widowed at 38 with seven children to raise. In those difficult times, our mother provided for and protected our family with great strength, resolve, and enduring love.

Our mother raised her children to be good, productive people, encouraging us to contribute to the society we live in. We strive everyday to uphold these values, in both ourselves and our children. She is survived by a large and loving extended family; in addition to her seven children, she is remembered by her 13 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Her accomplishments in raising us and supporting our families are as profound as the deepest ocean, and as tall as the highest mountain.

Our mother lived her life caring for and loving all people. She loved to travel, learn new things, and be in nature; she was always open to meeting new people and experiencing new cultures. Above all, she took great joy in seeing our family happy and fulfilled.

Mom, we feel your love everyday. Your love for us all is as vast as the Pacific Ocean. We miss you. Mom, we love you so much.

A visitation will be held at Oak Hill Funeral Home & Memorial Park, located at 300 Curtner Ave, San Jose, CA 95125, on November 5, 2025, from 11:30 am to 6:30 pm.

The funeral service will take place at the same venue on November 6, 2025, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.
