Chi Kwan Chan, age 95, of San Jose, California passed away on Wednesday, May 24, 2023.
A funeral service for Chi will be held Wednesday, June 14, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Oak Hill Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 300 Curtner Ave, San Jose, CA 95125, followed by a burial from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM.
