Donna Marie Marks

Donna Marie Marks, age 93, of San Jose, California passed away on Sunday, May 5, 2024. Donna was born in North Dakota to Louise (Faust) Murphy and Joseph Murphy. She was one of five children born to the happy couple.

Donna is survived by her loving children; Caroline Hockett (Don); David Marks; George Marks (Lisa); Charlie Marks (Joanne); Anita Simetkowski (Urek); and her daughter Nicole Hausler (John). Donna was blessed to have nine incredible grandchildren and was a very proud great-grandmother to eleven. Being with them brought her the greatest joy. She will be dearly missed by her sisters Jill, Mary Jane and her nieces, nephews, aunts and cousins. She has given us many beautiful memories to hold close until we see

her again.

Donna was preceded in death by her devoted husband John Arthur Marks; her mother Louise (Faust) Murphy and her father Joseph Murphy; her brother Patrick and her sister Gail.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass for Donna on Saturday, June 15, 2024

beginning at 10:00 AM at Holy Family Catholic Parish, 4848 Pearl Avenue, San Jose, CA 95136. We do

hope you can attend and help us to Celebrate and Honor the life of our dear mother.

Donna will be laid to rest at Oak Hill Memorial Park at a later time in the near future.
