His talent was recognized and soon he worked in the company’s Auditing Department in San Juan, while also maintaining his job as Payroll Master in Pasig. After working at the same company for six years, he and Teresita got married in 1964 and decided to start a family. During this time, he left Riverside Mills Corporation to work in the textile import/export business of his relatives. Then he and Teresita were blessed with wonderful children, a son, Alexander, a daughter, Annalisa, and a few years later ,in 1975, another son, George. In 1975, Enrique worked in Auditing/Payroll again at another company, the Federation of Filipino-Chinese Chambers of Commerce in Binondo. He worked there in the day, and at night, he was a Supervisor at Delta Plastics in Pasay City. In April 1978, Enrique and his family migrated to the United States and settled in Sunnyvale, California.

Enrique devoted his life to his job to support and provide for his family. He was very kind, humble, gracious, intelligent, loving and protective of his wife Teresita and children and grandchildren. He always kept his family close and together. His family was his pride and joy. He is beloved by all his family very much. His greatest accomplishment was raising his family and watching them grow, as well as working all his life.
In his younger days, Enrique enjoyed swimming, biking, fishing and watching movies. Before he got sick, Enrique had fun barbecuing for his family in the backyard, picnicking, gardening, bowling, and cooking his Mother’s favorite recipe. He also volunteered at St. Maria Goretti Church on Sundays’ 11:00 Mass for several years. He loved going on trips to Reno and Las Vegas with his family, and most recently, Red Hawk and Graton casinos. He liked many television shows but his favorite include Blue Bloods, 24, Designated Survivor. He also enjoyed classic game shows, sports, the travel channel, and food network.
Lately, Enrique got matching cell phones with Teresita and downloaded Apps for slot machine games as well as Apps for word searches. Playing these games on his cell phone really entertained him. His favorite song was “The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face” by Roberta Flack, and his favorite piano piece that Teresita would play for him was “No Other Love”, Chopin Etude. He was a true and classy man. Sadly, Enrique passed away on April 26, 2017 in San Jose, California.
