Tried to call Eric today, New Year's Eve, to wish Eric a Happy New Year. We are shocked and saddened to hear that Eric has passed. Eric became our friend after handling the sale of our home in San Jose in the '90s. We loved Eric and remember his smile and laugh. We offer our deepest condolences to the family he has left behind.
