

Herminio Baeza, 89, passed away on Thursday, September 7, 2017 in his home at Boxer Mayfair Village. He leaves behind his wife of 51 years, Margarita Baeza, his 3 children; eldest daughter Patricia (Baeza) Garcia, son Herminio Baeza Jr., and youngest daughter Melissa (Baeza) Wallace, and his 7 grandchildren; Dominique Garcia, Melissa Garcia, Rosalinda Baeza, Benicio Wallace, Andrea Garcia, Andres Garcia, and Samuel Baeza.
He was born and raised in Qjinaga, Chihuahua to his father and mother Juan Baeza, and Refugia Baeza on April 25, 1928. When he was 10 years old he moved to the United States, where he would work as a foreman for 30 years. He met Margarita Uranga in Presidio, Texas. They moved from Texas to California within the same year and settled in San Jose, California where they later got married. In the following year in 1967 his eldest child Patricia Baeza was born, and they later had two more children. He and his family were members of Whiteroad Baptist Church where he had served and become involved with the congregation. He had a deep love for Jesus which shaped the way he lived his life, very patient and kind. He was a family oriented man, and devoted his life to his family.
Mr. Herminio Marquez Baeza passed away on September 7, 2017 in San Jose, CA. Arrangements under the direction of Oak Hill Funeral Home & Memorial Park, San Jose, CA.
