Jorge Flores Rivera

Jorge met his wife, Elvira Ayala Jasso, in Mexico. They married and he brought her to Redwood City to begin their life together. Jorge was a hard worker, a loving husband, a patient father and good friend to many. He led by example and wanted nothing but the best for his family.

He is survived by his loving wife, Elvira (Ayala Jasso) Flores, his two beautiful daughters, Margarita Flores and her husband Jesus Villagomez, and Olivia Flores. Jorge was a proud grandpa to Dayanara Villagomez Flores, Jesse Villagomez Flores, Emma Villagomez Flores and Evelyn Flores. He will be missed beyond measure by his seven siblings, Rosa, Lourdes, Teresa, Adriana, Miguel, Gerardo and Ricardo Flores Rivera. He will also be missed by his many nieces, nephews and good friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Alfredo Flores Castro and Maria Guadalupe Rivera Saavedra, and brothers Rafael Flores Rivera and Alejandro Flores Rivera.

Friends and family are invited to a visitation on Saturday, February 21, 2028 from 12:00 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. at Lima Family Erickson Memorial Chapel, 710 Willow Street, San Jose. The Rosary will be said at 2:00 p.m. with a funeral service to follow at 4:30 p.m., as we gather to pray for and honor the life of Jorge Flores Rivera.
