Louise Josephine was always filled with Joy.  I remembered a quote today from Louse about going to Asia and praying for people for healing with Nora Lam Ministries.  She said she was praying for a person who could not even walk, and then the LORD healed the person right in front of her.  Louise said, "Nothing is more exhilarating than the supernatural." 

Thanks Aunt Jo for always taking time to play with me when I was young. For always making me laugh. I LOVED playing canasta with you! 
You were such a big part of our family. It won't be the same without you. 
I will see you again and who knows, I may just beat you in canasta!

Just heard tonight and can't believe that Jo is home now....I met her when I was 8 years old - she was 28 and had moved in across the street from us in San Jose. How many dear memories are going through my mind....she taught me how to play canasta and crochet, knit, oil painting, and so much more.  We had great times laughing together over silly stuff - she was a precious gift from God to me and my family.  Jo was the first person who told me about the Lord Jesus - and she was a witness to many in her lifetime.  To me, Jo was a perfect example of what a wonderful person should be - kind, fun, generous and loving.  I am so glad she is with her mom now and enjoying a new life free of the cares and issues of this world. I love you Jo - and always will.  See you someday up there...

I have so many great memories of Aunt Jo. When I was around 10 years old, I would spend a week at a time in the summer with her and Grandma. We would play Canasta, Aggravation, Yahtzee and do many puzzles. Aunt Jo was on a bowling league and she would take me with her and her friends and we would bowl for hours. For one of my birthdays she bought me a bowling ball with my name engraved on it. It was very special to me. We also used to ride bikes together and Aunt Jo had a basket in the front of hers for her dog, Suzette. Her laugh was her own. When she started she had a hard time stopping and it would make those around her start laughing. I will miss her but have so many great memories. She is with her mom now, catching up on lost time. I am sure she has a story or two to tell her.

Aunt Jo. I can't have imagine my life growing up without you. I have endless memories of the kindness you showed me as a kid. You were never too busy for me, always taking the time to play games or sit and talk. No matter what the family activity, you were always there, you never missed a one. It always impressed me that you wanted to be in school, always wanting to learn more even as you got older. I look forward to seeing you without the handy caps you spent a lifetime dealing with. Yours was a life that counted, one that had an effect on so many around you. You will be greatly missed Jo, but it makes me happy to know that after so long, you get to be with your Mother and sisters again. I love you Jo, but I'm sure you always knew that. Thank you for being such a special person in my life, you will never be forgotten. Love you, Bud

We will miss Aunt Jo and her fun, good natured personality.  As kids she taught us card and board games.  As adults she was a good Yahtzee partner and loved making crocheted gifts for us.  It was easy to make her laugh and once she got started couldn't stop.  I admire her continual desire to take classes and learn new things.  She was a bold friend to others and generous to a fault.  I know she is enjoying her new mind and body in heaven as she joins family members gone on before her.  Thanks Aunt Jo for being a part of my life for so long!  We will miss your calls and letters.
