Juan Cenal Caligan

It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Juan Cenal Caligan, beloved father, grandfather, and friend, who passed away peacefully on February 24, 2025. He was 82 years old.

Juan was born on December 27, 1942, and led a life filled with love, strength, and dedication to his family. He was married to his late wife, Teodocia, who preceded him in death. Together, they created a loving home and raised three sons: Ronald (deceased), Robert, and Romeo. Juan’s love for his family was immeasurable, and his memory will live on in the hearts of those he leaves behind.

Juan’s legacy extends beyond his children to his cherished grandchildren, Raelynn and Luke, who brought him great joy. He was a man of integrity and kindness, always willing to lend a hand and share his wisdom with those around him. Whether it was his quiet strength or his gentle smile, Juan touched the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing him.

In addition to his grandchildren, Juan leaves behind many extended family members and friends who will cherish his memory. His presence will be dearly missed, but his spirit will continue to live on in the lives he touched.

A private family service will be held to celebrate his life and legacy. The family would like to thank all those who have offered their support and condolences during this difficult time.

Juan, you will forever be in our hearts, and your love will continue to guide us.

Visitation for Juan will be held Friday, March 14, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at WILLOW GLEN FUNERAL HOME, 1039 Lincoln Ave, San Jose, CA 95125. A rosary service will occur Friday, March 14, 2025 from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM, 1039 Lincoln Ave, San Jose, CA 95125.Funeral mass will occur Saturday, March 15, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Christ the King Catholic Church, 5284 Monterey Rd, San Jose, CA 95111. Graveside service will occur Saturday, March 15, 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Oak Hill Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 300 Curtner Ave, San Jose, CA 95125.
