Mrs. Judy was a kind and giving woman. She took care of all the kids for day care including me. I have so many good memories and I just wanted to thank her for being so amazing and kind-hearted. May you find peace in heaven and my condolences to Gordon and the family. 

Ms. Judy used to take care of me and my sister when we were younger. She was so kind and caring and would let us stay over for a longer time and made us dinner, usually sloppy joes, til my mom picked us up. I have so many memories of her, with the kittens, watching cartoons, and the morning glories planted outside. She truly made my childhood wonderful. She was such a great person and will be dearly missed. ♥️

I have had the privilege of being treated like family since Lisa and I became best friends in middle school. Judy was like a second mom from the time Lisa and I started our friendship and she always welcomed me as if I was just another one of her kids. 

From arts and crafts, family camping trips, dinners out and in, flea markets and trips to the beach, we always knew an adventure was going to happen with Judy leading the way. 

One of my many memories, one that I will always treasure, is the delicious beef jerky she used to make! You have not truly had great beef jerky if you didn't get to try hers at least once. It was always so delicious and she would always send me home with some of my own.

Another great one was playing in the little river on a camping trip. Lisa and I were goofing around and she climbed in with us and thought of creative and fun ways to go down the river. She sure had fun laughing at and with us :-) .

Her bright personality may have left us for a time, but we can all make it shine on with every memory we share and every time we continue her special traditions and interests (who has a container of seashells some where in their house or a bunch of paint brushes just because you can always use more paint brushes?!?!) 

May all of you who knew and loved her be comforted by the knowledge that she is out of pain and that she will live on in the hearts of us all, but especially in Lisa, Chris and Gordon. My heart and prayers are always with you!

I had  dinner  last night at the last place I was with Judy over 5 years ago.  I am filled with sorrow for her family.   May the Lord bring them comfort and peace during this time of grief and loss.

I feel regret that I didn’t spend more time with one of my only relatives who truly accepted me as I was and made sure I knew it.  

She was kind, generous, funny and a tiny bit crazy and I loved her very much.   

I had a glass of sparkling wine to celebrate a woman who added sparkle to the world and to everyone who knew her.

I will continue to pray for her family and those she left behind.

The world is just a little bit dimmer today.

Judy made this world a more happy place ! She was beautiful, kind and giving. We will miss her beautiful smile and laugh. She’s in heaven now with all the other angels 👼 

Wife, mother, mentor, friend, sibling . Judy you will live on in our hearts and have touched so many lives.  I love how you excepted us with all our faults no questions asked . So many cherished memories from my childhood were possible because of you. From taking us to skate parks to swimming pools to horse camp. We were always doing fun activities. Truly never a full moment. Lisa and I were your little princesses with hot tub parties with virgin tequila sunrises. You made us feel so special. You are a true sucess story. 

What is success?
To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends; to appreciate the beauty; to find the best in others; to leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child, a garden patch Or a redeemed social condition; to know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded!


I have alot of fond memories of Judy. But my favorite one that i will always remember is when Judy and Lisa came to visit me in the hospital right after i had my daughter. They walked in and Judy gave me a Blue Rose it was so beautiful and  i was pretty drowsy when they were there, so  all i remember saying is "Judy you came" And i was so happy to see her. Every time i see a Blue Rose i think of Judy and that moment.

It’s strange how you always think someone will be there, and then they are gone.  Judy when I think of you I usually have a smile on my face. I remember the time that  my daughter Jessica and Judy’s daughter Lisa brought home a mixed golden lab that I was told they found on the side of the road coming home from Santa Cruz. Of course I believed  them why wouldn’t I.  Boy you were a stinker I found out years later that my beloved dog Astro,  you girls picked up at the flea market. The many BBQ,s  we shared as Girls Scouts-earning badges,  along with the many pool outings. Oh and the cookies we sold and boy did we sell., and eat even more. We laughed so much, shared a glass of wine 🍷 and told many stories.  The girls had so many memories together that we all can look back on and smile.  The list is long my friend

Judy may the Lord bless you, and always keep you safe in his arms, tell your mom, I  Love her two.  The Love that was shared, will always be in my heart, and mind. Love you rest in piece sweetheart. Prayers.
