

Grace was born on October 29, 1962, in Tarlac, Philippines. She was the beloved daughter of Rosalina and the late Clover Field Sr. At the age of 17, she courageously moved to the United States on July 29, 1979, beginning a new chapter filled with determination, resilience, and hope. Through hard work and perseverance, she built a successful career in executive administration within the technology industry.
Grace was a devoted and loving wife to James Anthony Danna Jr., and a proud, dedicated mother to her daughters, Crystal, Courtney, and Claire. She found immense joy in being a grandmother to Miliana, who brought light and happiness to her life. She was also a cherished and loyal sister to Elizabeth, Shirley, Mary Ann, Cloverly, Clover, Ian, and Eleanor.
Grace’s love knew no bounds. She opened her heart and home to family and friends alike, offering unwavering support, kindness, and generosity. She was a loyal friend, a source of strength, and a constant presence for those who knew her.
In December 2021, Grace was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Despite being told she faced a difficult and limited prognosis, she met this challenge with extraordinary courage and faith. She defied expectations, becoming a true example of resilience and hope—a walking miracle to all who witnessed her journey. Through every hardship, she remained positive, grounded in her faith, and deeply committed to making the most of each moment with her loved ones.
Grace’s life was defined not by her struggles, but by the love she gave so freely and the strength she carried so gracefully. Her legacy is one of unconditional love, unwavering resilience, and enduring kindness.
She will forever be a light in the lives she touched.
Her life was a blessing, and her memory will be treasured always.
Visitation for Mary Grace Danna will be held at Lima Family Erickson Chapel, 710 Willow Street, San Jose, on April 9, 2026, from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm, with the Rosary Service at the same location on April 9, 2026, from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. A funeral mass will take place at Holy Family Catholic Church, 4848 Pearl Ave, San Jose, on April 10, 2026, from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm, followed by burial at Cedar Lawn Cemetery, 48800 Warm Springs Blvd., Fremont from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
