Loving grandmother of Cheryl Mulhearn, Jill Figone and the late Karen and Yvonne Figone. Sister of the late William Vargas and his surviving wife Eleanor and the late John and Hilda Vargas. A native of San Jose, CA. Age 96 years. A member of I.S.M.M., The Portuguese Fraternal Society of America, and the Brotherhood of St. Anthony. Friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass 11:00 A.M. Monday, April 8, 2013 at Five Wounds Portuguese National Church, 1375 E. Santa Clara St., San Jose, CA 95116. Interment to follow at Calvary Catholic Cemetery, San Jose, Ca.
