

Oscar was born in Dallas, Texas on September 5, 1966. He graduated from Mountain View Academy, Mountain View, CA in 1984 where he made numerous life-long friends and additional family members. Oscar went on to briefly attend Pacific Union College and worked as a Santa Clara County Clerical Staff Technician where he made even more friends and acquired additional family members.
Oscar enjoyed basketball, music, mixed martial arts boxing, making friends and making people happy in whatever way he could. He sang with The Men of Song, Royal Aires, Celestial Sounds and in his home church choir at Ephesus Seventh-Day Adventist Church in San Jose, CA. Oscar was a devoted son and a true and faithful friend.
Oscar is survived by his loving mother Mrs. Mildred Lattimore of San Jose California, his father Mr. Edward Lattimore of New Bern, North Carolina; his sisters: Mrs. Georgette York of Denver Colorado, Ms. Antoinette Douglas of Fairfield CA, his nieces and nephews: Mr. Floyd Harrison Jr., Mrs. Jessica Harrison-Hughes, Mr. Clifton Douglas III and Ms. Angellique Douglas; his great-grandmother Mrs. Carrie Mathis and his aunt Mrs. Lilouise Tally. Oscar is also survived by numerous friends and added family members who were also dearly loved.
