

Hung Do Pham May 21, 1940 to April 23, 2016. Hung Do Pham, 75, former owner of Ellis Pharmacy in San Francisco and San Jose Pharmacy in San Jose, was born in Han Noi, Viet Nam. He and his family lived in Saigon prior to the fall of Viet Nam, when, thereafter, they moved to Omaha, Nebraska in 1975. He was highly involved in the community serving as President of the Northern California Vietnamese Pharmacists Association, President of Vietnamese Pharmacist Association of the Free World, President of San Mateo County Pharmacists Association and President of the Vietnamese Community Center of San Francisco, California. He was also a poet and author of the book "Huong Xua". He is survived by his wife, Loan, children Quinn & Cuong, their spouses Joe & TiTi and grandsons Tristan & Declan.
