I worked with Tom from 2006 to 2013 at Avago Technologies in San Jose. We often talked about sports, movies and politics. We kept in touch since 2013 when I left the bay area. I hadn't heard from Tom in awhile and recently sent him an email to see how he was doing. When he did not respond I became concerned and found this posting. I am greatly saddened by Tom's passing and will miss our conversations.
