Tram Thi PHAN, age 87, of San Jose, California passed away on Sunday, January 17, 2021. Tram was born July 12, 1933.

A witness cremation for Tram will be held Friday, February 26, 2021 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Cedar Lawn Cemetery, 48800 Warm Springs Blvd, Fremont, CA 94539. A cremation will occur.

I will always remember how dì Trâm takes care of me when I was a kid. Dì always wanted the best for me, always made sure I wake up on time for school and had good meals. I will miss di Trâm so much and its a pity that I didnt spent time with dì when I was still nearby. But I believe dì is in a better place now, no more pain. Rest in peace di Trâm - Kin
