Valerie Bellinger, aged 65, of San Jose, California passed away on Thursday, February 29, 2024. Valerie was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada to parents Valentino and Eleanor Garcia. Valerie was one of five children born to the couple.
She is survived by her loving mother Eleanor Settera, her caring sisters; Patricia Charling of San Jose, and Linda Bellinger Carson of Meridian, Idaho. Valerie was preceded in death by her sister Judy and brother John.
