I worked with Julio at Technologent. I just left for a new job in July. He was so kind and sweet. Always friendly and Very quick to say hello. He will be missed so much by all the people he worked with. I am heartbroken at the news. Praying for his family at this difficult time. 

Me acabo de enterar hoy y no  lo puedo creer. 
Yo tuve la oportunidad de conocer  a Julio César estos últimos años trabajando en la misma compañía, una persona gentil y genuina. Era un gusto compartir historias con el sobre viajes y lugares y su surfing.  Lo extrañaremos mucho en la oficina y en los video chats que teníamos últimamente. 
Que tristeza, no tengo palabras... solo mi más sentido pésame a los padres y toda su familia. 
Están en mis pensamientos y oraciones.

Julio was a great friend of my husband's and he was turning into a great friend of mine. My husband is originally from Brazil and only moved to San Clemente, CA about seven years ago. Julio was one of my husband's first true friends that he made here in the U.S. and his presence in our lives was so great for us both-you could feel the light Julio brought to my husband’s life and subsequently to my own.  And when I finally met Julio, I understood why they had become fast friends. Julio was kind, intelligent, funny, and just a great guy. I miss you Julio and I know my husband is already missing his surf buddy. Until we meet again my friend. Sincere condolences to his family.

César and I met at the University of Alabama. We happened to be in a lower level Spanish class during the fall semester of Freshman year. The first day of class, the professor quickly figured out César and I should’ve taken the placement test and been in a higher level class. We ended up reconnecting when we had mutual friends throughout our time at Bama. A lot of good times and great memories. Vaya con Díos amigo.

Our kids were friends with Cesar during middle and high school in Birmingham Alabama, and he lived with us when we moved to Huntington Beach aka Surf City California because all he wanted to do was work and surf, which he did. After he moved out of our house to a place even closer to the surf, he continued to stay in touch. He was kind, caring, funny, and a great friend. We are so sad and so sorry for his family and friends at his tragic loss.

I knew Cesar through high school and college. He was always so easy going and kind. I’m sure the people closest to him enjoyed every moment he was around as I did.

Julio was such a good friend to my son Kyle. He was so patient and kind and it was a joy to be in his presence. I'll always remember him playing pool and hanging in the garage with all the bros in California. We miss you Julio - you left way to soon. We look forward to seeing you again one day on the other side. RIP sweet man.

I met Cesar In our 7th grade French class at Pizitz Middle School in Vestavia Hills, Alabama. 
We became friends instantly and we were inseparably from then throughout high school. 
We then went to college together and lived together our freshman year at the University of Alabama. After graduating college he moved out to California, and we remained in touch of course. I had just visited him in November for a week and it was like we were kids again and nothing had changed. He had a way of making any situation feel relaxed and comfortable and was always positive. I will miss him dearly, and feel as if the person who knows me the most is now gone. I will always cherish the times we had together throughout childhood and into our adult lives. Rest In Peace my brother I will see you again.
