

Pam quietly passed away with her husband by her side in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Pam was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma to George Lee Blohm of Houston and Mary Schwantz Blohm of Poplar Grove, Arkansas. A year later when the family crossed the Oklahoma/Texas border, Daddy put Pam’s feet on the ground and said she was now a Texan!
Pam attended Holy Ghost Catholic School, Jane Long Junior High and Robert E. Lee High School. In 1970, she graduated from the University of Texas in Austin, Texas with a degree in Interior Design.
She started her own business, Pam Blohm Interiors, Inc., in 1977 after working in the design field for several years for various vendors. Her focus was on model home interiors for major home builders. Pam conducted business nationwide for over forty-five years. She collected several Prism and Mirm awards along the way.
Pam married Rhys M. Evans in the British Virgin Islands in 2002. Their love for the islands brought them to Culebra, Puerto Rico where they built their dream home.
She is predeceased by her parents and beloved brother-in-law Lucio Solis. Pam is survived by her husband Rhys, sisters Pat Solis, Priscilla Keener (Glenn), Margaret Cotrone (Michael) and brother George Blohm (Irene) along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Pam was beautiful, talented, brilliant and generous. She will be loved and deeply missed.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
