

Anne Rowan was born on October 7th,1946 in Richmond, Virginia to parents William and Agnes Evans. SIblings include older brother Dunbar Evans, younger sister Becky Romaine and younger brother Jim Evans. She was a proud graduate of Thomas Dale High School and Mary Washington University in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
Anne Rowan married Robert Emmett Conners of Hartford, Connecticut on February 4, 1971. Together they had 2 children Robert Rowan Conners, born in Colorado Springs, CO on June 1, 1973 and Rebecca Stuart Conners born in Buffalo Grove, IL on July 23, 1979. Anne Rowan also has a daughter in law, Sarah Conners and a son in law Wesley Neece. Her pride and joy are her 4 grandchildren Bennett Conners 19, Reese Conners 16, Rowan Neece 16 and Carlson Neece 12.
Anne Rowan had a very successful framing business called The Framing Consultant. Her best employee was her husband Bob who provided cheap labor for 25 years.
Anne Rowan and Bob were active members of St. Brigid Catholic Church in Johns Creek, GA. Anne was an excellent cook, tennis player and rigorous runner/walker. She was known as the lady with the golden retriever who was seen walking daily around the Willow Springs circle.
A memorial service will take place at 10:00 am on March 2 at Holy Innocents’ Episcopal Church at 805 Mount Vernon Hwy, Atlanta, GA 30327.
