Cindy Ferguson passed away on January 30, 2012 surrounded by her boyfriend, extended family, brothers and sisters. Cindy was born on December 20, 1954 in Savannah Georgia. She attended North Spring High School in Atlanta, Georgia, where she was named Homecoming Queen in 1972. She attended the University of Georgia and was a member of Chi Omega Sorority. Cindy was filled with a joyful and positive spirit and had a special zest in life.
Cindy was preceded in death by her mother Margaret Klingler Ferguson, is survived by her father, Joseph M. Ferguson, Jr. and her sisters and brothers Katherine Arden Peters, Virginia Lee Ferguson, Joseph M. Ferguson, III and David Wyatt Ferguson. Cindy is also survived by her soul mate Bruce Christopher.
Services will be held at H.M. Patterson & Son Arlington Chapel on Friday, February 3, 2012 at 11 AM. The family will visit with friends prior to the service beginning at 10 AM. Interment will follow at Arlington Memorial Park.
