So sorry to hear. He was a good man and friend.

I could write a book about the kindnesses bestowed on me and many others by Frank Carter.  He was kind, generous, a visionary and always willing to share a contact or client that would serve our purposes. If I had not met Frank, I would not be in television, radio or any other outdoor sports related venue. He is the sole reason for any success I may have witnessed in this field.  I loved him and will always give homage to his life and how he shared it so willing with me.
