Juanita Evans Wade, 96, of Daytona Beach Shores, Florida, formerly a longtime resident of Atlanta died on Friday, the 4th of November 2016. She was preceded in death by her husband of over 49 years, Ralph Stephen Wade. Surviving are her daughters and sons-in-law, Patricia Wade Vinson and Jim, Judy Wade Johnson and Roy, Stephanie Wade Wright; 5 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be conducted on Saturday, today, the 12th of November at twelve o’clock, noon at Westview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family prefers that contributions be directed to Volusia Health Hospice, 1688 W. Granada Blvd., Ormond Beach, FL 32174.
