

Born in Atlanta, Georgia, Lee spent his entire life deeply rooted in the city he loved. He attended Spring Street Elementary School, Grady High School, and West Georgia College, and went on to build a successful and respected career in real estate.
Lee was married for 52 years to his beloved wife, Toni Winters, the great love of his life. He was a devoted father to his daughters, Jennifer Kolb and Laura Smith, and an immensely proud grandfather to Stephen Kolb, Katie Kolb, Ryan Kolb, JJ Smith, and Caroline Smith. There was never any question that his family was the primary joy and greatest pleasure of his life.
He is also survived by his siblings Patricia Winters, Larry Winters, and Gene Winters, as well as his lifelong friends Arnie Coolick and Tommy Dell, cherished friendships lasted a lifetime.
Lee loved cooking for his family and found his greatest happiness in bringing everyone together around the table. Known for his warmth and gentle spirit, he was truly one of the kindest men, leaving behind a legacy of kindness and generosity that touched everyone who knew him.
The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the hospice care team who supported Lee and cared for him with compassion and dignity in his final weeks.
