She is survived by her sisters Marion Stepp and Verna Brooks along with several nephews and nieces and too many friends to count She also leaves her precious Yorkie, Diva. Reba was loved by so many family members and friends alike, that all who knew her will realize the void left by her passing. She was beautiful, so gracious, full of laughter and love. She made life so much fun with her around. She and Ken traveled the world, always on the “honeymoon” for 33 years. The love they had for each other transcends what most people would call love. She had a great love for all things beautiful which was reflected in the homes and gardens she and Ken had. She and Ken had a wonderful philanthropic attitude about the things they cared about. They were one of the first patrons of the Fox Theatre, and instrumental with their generous donation to save the Fox when it was scheduled to be torn down. Afterwards after the restoration, they were life-long ticket holders of Theatre of the Stars, and hardly ever missed a performance. They were always so generous in including various friends and family members throughout the season to ensure that they were able to attend a show with them. At her request, in lieu of flowers please make your donations to the Alzheimer’s Association or to Children’s Hospital of Atlanta. The family will receive friends from 6-9:00 p.m. at HM Patterson and Son - Arlington Chapel, Thursday, May 22, 2014.
