Dearest Roxanne and Tim,   Two years on, I hope this finds you well!  To think of Robin, is to think how beloved he was by dear Tia Peggy!  I hope they are enjoying each other's company in Heaven.  As for us, always thankful of how well he managed her financial affairs.   I now more fully understand that living so far away from each other....well not the best.... I have a known-Robin and Roxanne since my boys were very young , they were wonderful neighbors . Robin actually taught my youngest son how to swim. Which was a God send. We just moved into a house and had a pool built., Robin was so good with him.  
Its hard to imagine him not being with us any longer. If I ever needed a friend to talk to he was always there with encouragement and a funny response ! He was a wonderful husband, dad and  friend to all! 
My heart is breaking, may he rest in peace

Roxanne and Family  ,  I'm so sorry and shocked to hear about Bob's passing. I worked with Bob when I started @ Dean Witter in 1986 He was always such a strong willed focused person.  I had the privilege of working in the Bull Pen near Bob when I started and learned a lot on how to build a book of business by listening to him cold call ,  his work ethic was one I tried  to emulate for sure . He was focused, diligent and undeterred . He showed me what it took to be successful in the industry and was always ready to help me when I had questions. Along the way in your journey you meet people like Bob who are willing  help you be the best you can be and for that I will always be grateful.

Dear Roxann,  so sorry to hear of Bob's passings. Bob was a great guy. I know he will be greatly missed. I have been thinking of the wonderful trip to Hawaii. I know you, Bob and Tim, Jon, Michael, Tina and I truly enjoyed that trip. And the trip to SF to see the play CATS, so enjoyable.  I will keep bob in my prayers.

Very sorry to hear of Bob's death.  I met Bob when he became my stockbroker at RBC in Fresno, CA.  The first time I met Bob he stood up from behind his desk, walked over to the door of his office, and took down his suit jacket.  He put the jacket on, adjusted the fit and  returned to his desk.   Being a California native and having whole-heartedly adopted the laid-back life style, I shook his hand and said, "You don't need to put on a suit jacket for me."  He smiled and said, "I didn't do it for you.  I did it for me."   And that was Bob.  He had a code that he was not going to compromise.   While I know that we were two very different guys of exactly the same age, I always felt complete trust with Bob.  He was looking out for my well-being.  In a sincere and straight-forward manner.  He was a good guy and a straight-shooter.  I'm saddened to know a good guy has left us way too early.

My heartfelt condolences to the Honiball family. I worked with "Bob" at Dean Witter in the 80's in Fresno, Ca. He was one of the hardest workers I've ever been around and looked up to him as his hard work ethic was inspiring. I hoped he passed away peacefully. 

Roxanne , Tim & Mary, We are so sorry to hear of Bob's passing. We often think of you and I thought you still lived in Fresno. Unfortunately Georgia is quite a ways and would not be able to attend the services. However our Prayers and Condolences will be with you. You guys were so close to our family. God Bless you . Carl and I are so sorry to hear about Bob's death. He was a wonderful financial advisor for us for so many years. We were so happy when he got to retire and move to Georgia. His retirement party was really wonderful. We are glad he got a few years of living his dream! Actually, it seems that he was living his dream in Fresno too, helping people like us understand our finances. Heard yesterday from Straffen Short in South Africa of Robin’s passing. I am sorry our family so spread out and less in contact. I am sure dearest Tia Peggy was delighted to receive her beloved Robin in Heaven. That was the last time we saw each other… over ten years now. I had not realized you had moved to GA. Roxann, do you have family there?  I send warmest of greetings and blessings of comfort and support.

My relationship with Bob consisted of time spent with him at Cherokee Gun Club. In my opinion, Bob could best be described as genuine. He was genuinely friendly, sincere, honest, humble, intelligent, and so much more. He always greeted fellow gun club members with a smile. If you needed help or assistance you could always count on Bob. He was a tremendous asset to the gun club. He loved to shoot trap and was an excellent shot. Rarely have I met a man with more good qualities than Bob Honiball. I was proud to call him my friend. He will be sorely missed. 

I will miss his smile, his kind words, his positive attitude and most of all his friendship.   Bob has so many friends at CGC that will miss him.  I have wonderful memories of the times we shared on the range and for that I am grateful.  
Look forward to seeing Bob in a greater place.  My condolences to the Honiball Family.

The first time I met Bob was at Prudential. I was new and Bob welcomed me like no other and made me feel at home. I have never forgot his welcoming smile and amazing sense of humor.  
He truly was one of a kind.  🥰

Bob was only a member of the gun club for just over two years; however, his impact on fellow members was huge. He will be missed by all who encountered his smile and his willingness to help. 

Bob was my friend and I will miss him and his wonderful sense of humor.  He was a good man.

I will miss my friend.  His laughter, his kindness, his strength, and his gentleness.   Good bye, Bob.

I am honored to have known Bob and call him my friend.   Bob always wore a contagious smile and was always one of the first to offer help to others or jump in to help with any work that needed to be done at the club.  He was an excellent trapshooter and freely offered coaching to both new and more experienced shooters.  Bob is shown at the first annual Toys for Tots trapshoot at CGC and he was instrumental in organizing it to raise money for his Marine Corps charity for the children.   You will be sorely missed Bob.

I was lucky enough to work in the same office as Bob for 10 years.  Throughout this time he always chose to care & support the people around him.  He relentlessly checked in to provide guidance and give a quiet pat on the back, and his mentorship was invaluable.  I only ever heard good solid stories, full of character,  when it came to Bob.  Thank you for being such a kind, hard working, and caring person.  Rest in peace.

  

I had the privilege of knowing Bob for over 25 years we work together and both retired about the same time at RBC if there is one word that describes Bob he was a man of character and a pure gentleman the world is a lesser place with out him may God Bless his family. Bob will always be in our hearts you never forget people like Bob he was a loving and caring friend husband and father.

Michael and I will always have a very special place in our hearts for Bob.  He made a huge impact in our life's.  He was always caring, loving and generous with us and many others.
