I am very sorry to learn this news.  Sally was one of a kind.

I worked with Sally at TBS Inc for a number of years. She was delightful person. I can't remember her being upset or having a harsh word for anyone. As Irving Berlin said: "The song is ended but the melody lingers on…". 

I'll miss you Sally

My memories, inumerable. My words, few. For those who knew the special relationship Sally and I shared since 1971, you likely know too, the many unique components that sustained our bonded friendship, and also challenged it. But thank God, those challenges never compromised the indelible love and respect we shared for one another. At this time, I reflect on the fun, laughter, craziness, indulgence, exuberance, and all that my dear friend and I experienced together! That, which created a friendship unlike any other. May your spirit be found wrapped in the comforting arms of your sweet mother, and under the everlasting love of your father. You meant so much to them. And you meant so much to me! Rest in peace, sweet Sally...my friend, eternal.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to Sally's family.  May special memories of a life well lived bring you peace and comfort at this time of loss.  She and I were friends during our high school days and my heart has been flooded with memories of her great humor and zeal for life.  May she rest in peace.

I was very sad to hear the news of Sally passing.  I worked with her at Turner and she was all around a genuinely sweet person, and I really enjoyed working with her.  She spoke often of her family and I know she loved them dearly.  She will be missed!

Sally was my neighbor and friend in Grant Park, and was always a joy to get together with and share stories.  

I will miss her laughter, and upbeat outlook on life.  She loved her son Eli dearly, and my thoughts and prayers are with her family.  

Sally and I have been friends since high school.  We have shared laughs and some of life's tough moments.  Sally's loves were her son, Eli, and of course, her precious pup, Bruce. She never met a stranger and could find humor in just about any situation.  I will miss her tremendously.  

So heartbroken to hear of Sally’s passing. Over the past few years (after leaving Turner), I’ve certainly missed her stories and her laughter! Rest In Peace my friend

I love Sally! She always made me smile and was a joy to be around at Turner. She was loving and kind.   My prayers are for the comfort for her family.  Isaiah 61: 1-2

I worked with Sally for many years prior to and during her tenure at Turner.  She always got the job done, but most importantly, with cheerfulness and laughter.  Very sorry to hear of her passing. 

Sally and I worked together for years.  She was always a bright light.  Happy, with a great attitude.  She told a lot of stories about her son.  She was a proud mom.  

We will miss her!

Sally was preceded in death by her mother, Sue H Armstrong and her father, 
Dr. W.L. Armstrong. She is survived by her son Eric Irle, her sister Emily Yent and Jeffrey Irle, father of her son.
