Tricia is survived by her husband, Andrew T. Price; her children, Taylor Price (Ellen) and Megan Hyde (Parker); and her beloved grandchildren, Jackson Price and Anderson Hyde. She is also survived by her mother, Patricia Smith; her brother, David Smith (Carolyn); nieces and nephews, and her aunt Margaret “Andoe” Chapman (Jackson).
Tricia is preceded in death by her father, D. Larry Smith, grand parents George P. Brice and Bertha Brice, and aunt, Mary Brice.
An Atlanta native, Tricia spent over 40 years as an East Cobb resident. Over her life, she built connections across different phases, from childhood friends to neighbors and fellow parents in the community.
Of all her relationships, she cherished most the time spent with her grandsons. She delighted in watching Jackson thrive in sports, school, and the arts, and loved seeing Anderson’s curiosity and joy in books, bikes, and the outdoors.
Deeply creative and spirited, Tricia was an artist at heart, working primarily in stained glass but exploring many artistic pursuits. She had a keen eye for detail, a passion for event planning, and a deep love for gardening. Whether walking the beach at sunset, relaxing by the pool at North Landing, or enjoying live music and fireworks, Tricia embraced the moments that brought her joy.
Though her life was shortened by illness, her loved ones take comfort in the belief that she is at peace and free from pain.
