Cesar was a truly beautiful soul, he was a man of honesty, loyalty and positivity. He always dressed his best, and always paid attention to detail, especially when it came to his clothes and appearance. Cesar spent many hours in the gym and thoroughly enjoyed physical fitness. Family was a big part of his life, and he often enjoyed cooking for them. Cesar was a man of wisdom and encouragement. He was the life of the party and was known to dance to his favorite music, Salsa and Merengue.
Left to cherish his memory is the love of his life for over 60 years, wife, Clara James; children, Jesse James (Stacy), Jacqueline James; step-daughter, Tammy; grandchildren, Sedrick, Cynthia, Clara, Shawna, Brice; great-grandson, Nicolas Lora, as well as numerous extended family and friends.
