Cheryl R Kuykendall

Cheryl Ray Neste was born the daughter of Geraldine Alice Neste and Stanley Raymond Neste on July 19, 1949 in Grand Forks, North Dakota. She is survived by, her siblings Catherine M. (Timothy) Staveteig, Cleveland, OH; Robert W. (Judy), Neste, Grand Forks, ND.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Cheryl received her Master’s degree from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, specializing in Early Childhood and Elementary Education and spent many years in the teaching profession. She was a passionate, loving and kind-hearted individual, who also dedicated her life helping others, including help in raising several children, who were not her own. These children, now adults, were Jason R. Kratzer, Aimee M. Kratzer, Christina K. Kratzer and Jon W. Kratzer, and Kayla M. Tompkins (Daughter of Christina). She will be eternally remembered in their hearts and the hearts of her friends and family.

No funeral services will be held locally and her remains have been cremated and will be returned to her brother Robert W. Neste of Grand Forks, North Dakota, where her ashes will be buried with, or near, her parents.
