Jenny was my devoted wife and best friend for 41 years. She was my whole life and my whole world. Jenny was a devoted and caring wife, as well as, a great Mother to our children Elizabeth and Aaron. I was very proud of Jenny, and told her often that she had a great smile and an inquisitive and intelligent mind. Jenny loved working hard for Duke Energy 39 years. She was admired and respected by her work family. I will always fondly and affectionately cherish Jenny’s memory. Jenny, I love you more than life! One day we will meet in heaven. I was always proud to be your husband. Love Always, Richard

I was shocked and saddened to learn of my good friend’s passing. Jenny was a queen amongst women and I will cherish her friendship for the rest of my life. She helped train me to be a controller 16 years ago and we’ve helped each other ever since that time. Always giving, helping, encouraging, laughing, crying, she made my load easier. It was an honor to be her friend and colleague. She blazed a path for me before, and is doing so now...albeit in heaven, where I will see her again. She may be gone, but never forgotten.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the family in the loss of a wife and a mother. Hold fast to the many memories and reminisce about them often with family and friends to keep her alive in your hearts and her memories fresh.

I had the chance to get to know Jenny through our work at Duke Energy, but only from a distance as I worked in Charlotte and she worked in Florida. She was extremely knowledgeable, dedicated and passionate about her work and she will be sorely missed.

I am so sorry to hear about Jenny.

I have known Jenny for many years at Duke/Progress Energy. She was an extremely hard worker and made a great impact.

Jenny was always positive and up to any challenge thrown her way.

She will be missed by her work family.

My mother and father were married for 41 years. My mother and father were there for each other through thick and thin and they never left each other’s side. They loved each other very much and my father will continue to love my mother very much even in her passing. I know my mom will continue to watch over my father as his guardian angel looking after him from above. RIP Mom.

Here is another picture of my mother at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. I know she was having a great time that day with my dad because of the smile on her face. I am going to miss those smiles. RIP Mom.
