She was born in Birmingham, Alabama on November 14, 1941. She was married to her second husband Don Vogt in May of 1988.
Jeanne worked in the civil and environmental engineering Industries as a proposal writer for DRMP and Stillwater Environmental. Jeanne was an accomplished artist who enjoyed oil and watercolor painting. Her inspiration and many works will remain through family, friends, fellow artist, and patrons.
Jeanne was survived by her three sons Jon Conrad and wife Linda, Mike Conrad, David Conrad and wife Johnna; her five stepchildren, Linda Hager and husband Doug, Barbara Benjamin and husband Sandy, Marcia Taber, Paul Vogt and wife Teresa, and Joyce Vogt; her grandchildren, Jon-Michael, Jamie, Jack, Edward, Paige, Kelly, Jordan, Aleigh, Joanna, and Brad; her sister Marie Bailey.

A celebration of life service for Jeanne will be held Friday, June 17, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM at Baldwin-Fairchild Oaklawn Chapel, 5000 COUNTY ROAD 46A, SANFORD, FL 32771.
