Mae was born April 10, 1938 in Cherokee County, Alabama. She moved with her family to Orlando in 1951 at the age of 13. Mae married Wilbur Jacobs June 11, 1955 in Orlando. Fl. There were married for 67 years.
Mae was homemaker, loved to cook for her family and friends. She was great seamstress. Loved her garden and flowers.
Mae volunteered at her church in several activities for over 10 years. She is survived by her husband, Wilbur Jacobs, Daughter, Linda Libersat, Son-in-law, Tony Libersat, Son, David Jacobs, Granddaughter, Kim Sanders. Also survived by two sisters, one brother, many nieces and nephews. Service: Saturday September 24, 2022 at 11AM, followed by graveside
A Funeral Service will be 11 a.m., Saturday, September 24, 2022 at Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home, 5000 County Road 46A, Sanford, Florida with Pastor Mark Abbott officiating. Visitation will be a half hour prior to the service. Burial at the Oaklawn Park Cemetery will be immediately after the service.
