Ryan Anthony Moorhead

Ryan was known for his joyful sense of humor and his remarkable ability to brighten up any room he entered. He wore his heart on his sleeve and presented himself authentically to the world, leaving a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him.

He loved flying, hiking, hunting fishing, and spending time outdoors, finding peace in nature. Most of all, Ryan adored his friends, his family, and his wife, Savanah, his high school sweetheart, whom he married on May 3, 2025, and was the center of his world.

An accomplished student and pilot, Ryan graduated from flight school at L3Harris in Sanford, Florida. His dedication, determination, and passion for aviation were a source of pride to those around him.

Ryan is survived by his beloved wife, Savanah; his father, Steve Moorhead; his mother, Edie Smith; his brothers, Bryce, Zach, and Sam; and his sister, Ashley. He will also be remembered by his extended family and many friends who will forever cherish his memory and miss him deeply.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 am until 11:00 am on Saturday, December 20, 2025 at Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home Oaklawn Chapel, 5000 County Road 46A, Sanford, FL 32771. The celebration of life service will follow the visitation at 11:00 am.In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you consider donating to an organization of your choice that is dedicated to supporting mental health.
