I only knew this gentle giant for a short time but in that time I got to enjoy his strong presence and his love for the Lord.  The last time we were together was the evening of Feb 9, 2020. We were clearing tables and folding up chairs after a church activity. As we chatted, he was looking for his hat with some concern. He said he put it on after he put his pre-treatment cream on and he didn't want any of the kids to get their hands on it because it could harm them.  It was just like him to think of someone else first. The cap was found right away. While I know I shall meet him again, I will most definitely miss Bro. Tom and extend my warmest hugs to his beloved family. 






Uncle Tommy was a wonderful dad and loved his children so much. He was an awesome brother and always made sure his sister (my mom) was taken care of. He will truly be missed and I know he is enjoying seeing his mom and dad and my daddy in heaven. May God bless and comfort his children as I know he loved them and will make sure they are watched over!! I love you Uncle Tommy and hug granddaddy, grandmama, the boys, and my daddy for me!!! ❤️❤️❤️💔💔💔💔

Dad, how do I even begin to express how important you have been in my life? I love you more than words can say, and your absence here leaves a void that no one will ever be able to fill. You've always been my hero, my protector, and my best friend. You sacrificed so much to make sure we never needed anything. You had a hard life, and you deserved far better than what you received. You fought hard and you were stronger than anyone I've ever known. I take comfort in the knowledge that now you stand in Glory with the Lord and your earthly troubles are over. When it is my time to leave this earth you will be the first person I seek out. I love you so much and time will never lessen the love I feel for you. Until we see each other again I will be holding you so close to my heart. I love you Daddy 😭❤️

You were the best daddy ever!!! I'm so proud of you and so thankful God chose YOU to be my dad! I will forever love you and miss you until the day I get wrap my arms around your neck.. you were a simple man in life but there was nothing simple about you.. you are my hero and my everything, until we meet again daddy I'll keep looking up to the sky for you.
