My deepest sympathy to the family of Freddy who was known by us at U.C.I. Nutrition Center for many years.  Known for his motorcycle and always wearing the paper hat instead of the deadly hair nets.  He was a big help to me since I was fairly new he let me know skinny of the going ons in what is happening.I can always remember his smile and his great sense of humor.  I can also remember that he like going fishing.
