“A Mother is she who can take the place of all others but whose place no one else can take.”
Candy loved new things, experiences, and laughter. She doted on all children but especially her grandchildren and her grand-niece Maebel. Nothing meant more to her than those four children, and sharing her experiences with them would send her into belly laughter. Candy was reserved publicly but if you knew her, you knew she was full of life. There was nothing that she didn't want to try or experience as long her feet were on the ground and she was sharing it with someone she loved. Life to her was seen through the kaleidoscope of a child’s eyes. Candy never lost that thrill and true joy of life that typically only children possess. Candy also loved her dogs; from Sebastian to Scarlett, and of course the little Papillion, Jean-Luc, who literally had his own seat at the dinner table. Candy had the purest love for people and animals in all forms and that aura was palpable if you were lucky enough to get close to her. For her own children, Candy was the shelter in the storm and the comfortable bed to rest your head whenever it was needed. She was the light and the way that most can only read about … now is her time, her faith will be rewarded, today Candy gets her wings.
