James (Jim) Creasman passed away Wednesday Feb 3rd, 2016 at the age of 81 after a lengthy fight of congestive Heart Failure. He was born June 3rd, 1934 and grew up in Dunlap Tennessee. James spent two years in the Army doing construction, he then moved to California in the early 60’s. He started Western Truck & Trailers in 1963, and for 38 years built specialty trailers and repairs to trailers. In 1990 with his partners he bought Volunteer Trailer in La Vergn Tennessee. James was an avid train enthusiast. Toy, modular or real it didn’t matter he loved them all, he built a rideable train in the backyard. He has survived by his wife of 27 years Gayle, his daughter Colleen LaRosa, 5 step children, 13 grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren.
